Laxmikant Jadhav

Laxmikant Jadhav is the President of BELIEFS and has worked in the social sector for 22 years, especially in rural and tribal areas. He follows a rights-based, Constitution-guided approach with a sensitive focus on the excluded and the oppressed. He consistently leads initiatives for rural livelihoods, women’s empowerment, and access to government entitlements. His core aim is to build local leadership and bring women into the mainstream.

Eknath Chitte

Eknath Chitte is a retired high-school headmaster who led many initiatives to strengthen children’s learning. He personally offered free coaching to students; his hallmark is firm discipline with warm, caring guidance. His guidance—especially in maths drills and core concepts—proved highly effective for his students. His experience and culture of discipline give the organisation a strong, values-based direction.

Secretary

Vaishali Jadhav

Vaishali Jadhav, the Secretary of BELIEFS, is a commerce graduate skilled in management and accounts. Her rigour in administration, auditing, and processes brings stability and speed to the organisation’s work.
She enjoys understanding staff concerns and motivating them. Her communication and coordination skills build trust, discipline, and positivity in the team.
